Appointment Policy
Late Arrivals
You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. When I am scheduled back-to-back, in consideration of my next client, I will not be able to extend your session beyond the time reserved for you.
Rescheduling / Cancellations
As a courtesy, I ask that you call or email me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to do so, depending on the length of your appointment, you will be charged a $25-$50 cancellation fee.
No-Shows / Last-Minute Cancellations
Please note that if you do not show-up for your appointment or frequently cancel with short notice, I reserve the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments and deny future service.
